Fig, Prosciutto, and Burrata Salad

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the fig compote with 1T water on low heat to warm.
  2. Whisk together the oil and vinegar, season to taste, then toss the arugula in the dressing.
  3. Plate the arugula, then garnish each plate with two slices of prosciutto, the figs and the cheese.
  4. Dress with the warm compote and serve.
